Therapist Seeking Supervision for Florida Licensure

I provide supervision for MFT and MHC registered interns seeking licensure in the state of Florida.

  • Introduction into private practice

  • Clinical support during non-supervision hours

  • Assistance with preparing for and taking the State Licensure exam

  • Case consultation surrounding treatment modalities, documentation and ethical standards

How does it work?

Clinical Supervised Experience: Two (2) years of post-master’s supervised experience under the supervision of a licensed marriage and family therapist in order to qualify for LMFT licensure.

Clinical Supervised Experience: Two (2) years of post-master’s supervised experience under the supervision of a licensed mental health counselor in order to qualify for LMHC licensure.

Florida law requires

  • At least 100 hours of supervision in no less than 100 weeks;

  • 1,500 hours of face-to-face psychotherapy with clients; and,

  • 1 hour of supervision every two weeks

As a board-approved Florida qualified clinical supervisor, I specialize in providing flexible and affordable rates for individual supervision. My approach is carefully crafted to deliver high-quality clinical supervision, aimed at supporting registered interns in their career development, clinical skill enhancement, and treatment planning. Emphasizing the safety and wellbeing of each client, supervision sessions are conducted in-person or through a secure video platform.
